Diamond Tours (I) Pvt. Ltd was established on 10th September 2004 under the Companies Act 1956.It’s Certificate of incorporation have been issued by Registrar of NCT of Delhi & Haryana.

It’s Directors have experience of more than 10 years in arranging travel related services.It provides every type of travel related services like hotel Booking,Transportation and tour packages.

THE MAIN OBJECTIVES TO BE PERSUED BY THE COMPANY ON ITS INCORPORATION ARE:-
1. To carry on business of travel, tourist agents and contractors, and to facilitate traveling and to provide for tourist and travelers , or promote the provisions of convenience of all kinds in he way of trough tickets, circular tickets, sleeping cars or birth, reserved places, hotels and boarding and/or lodging accommodation and guides, resting rooms, baggage transports and otherwise and to charter steamships and aero planes for fixed periods or for particular voyages and flights, and to carry on the business of booking pockets, envelopes and luggages of the public in general and of company’s constitutes in particulars with every type of carrier, in particular with airlines, steamship lines, railway and road carriers.

2. To run taxicab, lorries, cars trucks, station wagons, aero planes, airship, cycles rickshaws, motors, cycle-tongas, hackney carriage, railways, rail-motors ships vessels, boats and all other vehicles propelled by electricity, gas, gasoline , compressed air etc.

3. To establish and operate travel agencies in order to carry on business as travel agents, contractors and promoters conductive to travel and tourism and arrange hotel reservations and to act in any part of the world as principal or any type of agents for purpose, conducive to travel, tourism and carriage of persons,live-stocks,animals or goods by air,sea,land or rail.

4. To carry on the business of dealer in foreign exchange subject to Rules\Regulations made under Foreign Exchange Management Act and by reserve bank of India.
